Connie Britton made her feature film debut in the independent film The Brothers McMullen and was later cast on the ABC sitcom Spin City. She made various appearances in movies and TV such as Friday Night Lights, then later landed the role of Tami Taylor in the critically acclaimed television series Friday Night Lights. Connie went on to star in season one of the series American Horror Story. In 2012, she began playing the leading role of country singer Rayna Jaymes in the musical drama series Nashville. She has been nominated for several awards, including a Golden Globe and an Emmy. More recently, Connie has starred in the hit television shows White Lotus and the true crime anthology Dirty John and critically acclaimed movies such as Bombshell and Promising Young Woman.
